Handle With Care Recertification Class
This recertification program is specific to NorthWest Texas Healthcare Hospital. Healthcare professional will review techniques to use when dealing with the potentially assaultive client. Techniques will include verbal de-escalation skills as well as hand-on techniques. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and be able to perform various physical techniques.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
