Med/Surg Review
This class is intended for the nurse currently working in the Medical Surgical unit. The course will cover current guidelines and practices for commonly seen Med/Surg topics including, diabetes, infections, wounds, pneumonia, and post-op pain control. The class will also discuss the importance of Core Measures, critical lab values and documentation.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
