Leadership - Managing the Challenging Employee
In your leadership role you will always encounter individuals that provide extra challenges in your day. This workshop will review several of the most challenging personality types in the workforce: those who "know it all", the whiners, those that are passive or passive-aggressive, or those who are lazy or inflexible. In the workshop, you will learn some reasons why individuals act as they do, as well as what you can do or say to promote the best in all members of your team.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
