Triage & EMTALA Guidelines for ER
This class is intended for the registered nurse who participates or plans to participate in the Role of Triage Nurse. The content will include identification of triage systems and their related functions, triage categories, and regulations related to the triage process. Students will be able to identify current protocols mandated and regulated by EMTALA.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
