Customer Service & SBAR Training
Customer service is the key to the delivery of quality healthcare. Learn techniques to deliver the best service and avoid escalating situations that can make the patient unhappy and the caregiver frustrated.SBAR (Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation) is an effective communication tool that is becoming the standard in hospitals. This class is designed to address the current problems health care providers experience with communication, the definition of SBAR, how to use SBAR successfully, and how to implement in the hospital setting.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
