Customer Service and Communication CNA Credit
Customer service is key to the delivery of quality healthcare. This customer service course can help you increase patient satisfaction and help you avoid escalating situations. The HCAHPS survey tool is utilized to help hold hospitals and healthcare providers accountable for providing good customer service. The course will also discuss recognizing the key components of effective communication, understanding how to communicate successfully with co-workers, managers, and clients, and recognizing appropriate ways to communicate so that main points are addressed and barriers are overcome.
This class will offer CNA Credit
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
Please note processing of certificates may take up to two weeks.
