Leadership - How To Appraise & Critique Better Employees
This is a fast paced leadership class that will make the students think about how to interact with employees to give appraisals, feedback and when necessary to improve attitude and behavior problems. The goal of this class is to inspire leaders to quickly solve problems and to continually cultivate better employees. This class is geared toward Hospital Administration and Management Staff RN and LVN.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
Please note processing of certificates may take up to two weeks.
