TNCC-Trauma Nursing Core Course-prev
TNCC is an advanced course for RN's only.
The Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), requires a non-refundable prepayment when registering for the course. The non-refundable amount is $150.00 which includes the book and materials. Registration for this course can only be completed by contacting the Flex Ed office at (909) 464-2299.
TNCC is an extensive course that prepares registered nurses with the knowledge, critical thinking skills, and hands-on training to provide expert care for trauma patients. The course includes rapid identification of life-threatening injuries, comprehensive patient assessment, and enhanced interventions for better patient outcomes.
Mandatory pre-sessions either online or by utilizing the provider manual, will need to be completed prior to the first day of the course. Pre-course online module instructions will be provided to you upon registration of the course. No CE’s will be issued after completion of the online modules. Upon successful completion of the course, 17.65 Continuing Education contact hours will be awarded through ENA. Recommended renewal is every four years.
Please note: It is recommended that the student purchase the 7th Edition TNCC provider manual 30 days in advance.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
