Leadership - Just In Time Coach Real Time Results...Lynn Belcher
This course is designed for the front line leader. It is designed to provide coaching skills and tools that can be utilized to influence staff attitude, behavior and compliance with the organizations workplace standards. The course reviews the importance of recognizing the informal leaders, and the role they play in the success of formal leaders, as well as the art of developing loyalty through followership. The attendees will participate in scenario based role play and discussion intended to give life to the coaching tools provided.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
