Leadership - Creating, Sustaining high perf. team
This course is designed to develop and enhance leadership skills for individuals serving in a leadership role. The target audience should be charge nurses, managers, supervisors, and others serving in front line in leadership roles. Highlights of this course will cover: developing an understanding of teamwork and how it relates to quality healthcare, recognize how effective listening strategies and techniques can resolve workplace issues, identify leadership strategies to ensure effective teamwork, discuss motivation and how to increase motivation.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
