Respiratory Emergencies
Respiratory Emergencies topics include: Respiratory Distress and Respiratory Failure, tracheostomy tube emergencies, large and small pneumothorax, BiPAP implementation, emergency airway management techniques, including Intubation, progression of various Pulmonary Diseases to Acute Respiratory Failure, respiratory compromise secondary to sedation, foreign body aspiration.
No AHA Completion Card awarded for this course.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
