Dealing with Difficult People
Learn how to get the best results from those persons who you find to be challenging. The course will discuss techniques that will help you communicate and interact with persons who may be angry, defensive, and poor team members.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
