Enhancing the Consumers Experience
Customer service is key to the delivery of quality healthcare. This customer service course can help you increase patient satisfaction and help you avoid escalating situations. The HCAHPS survey tool is utilized to help hold hospitals and healthcare providers accountable for providing good customer service. This course will cover an introduction to HCAHPS and customer service aspects including: respect, courtesy, communication, attitude, problem resolution, and service recovery.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
