Stress Management *+
This class assists the participant to develop self-reflection techniques to identify current stress levels and the effects of stress specific to the healthcare environment. Participants will discuss the physiology of stress, stress related diseases, relaxation techniques, time management, and effective communication skills.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
