PALS Renewal
The PALS Renewal course is designed for participants with a CURRENT PALS Provider card. Each participant is evaluated individually on his/her ability to demonstrate core course knowledge and skills while acting as a team leader. Significant precourse preparation is essential to course success. Participants must have the textbook ahead of time and complete the Precourse Preparation Checklist in the Provider Manual. This includes the online self-assessment.
Participants who do not practice PALS skills on a regular basis are encouraged to attend a full PALS Provider course.
Textbooks are available for purchase at the Flex Ed office or can be mailed ($45 text fee plus $5 for shipping).
** You will be required to present your CURRENT PALS Provider card the day of the course.
